Purchasing a product shows that you have approved, understood, and agreed to abide by the below-mentioned terms & conditions.

RETURN

This return policy is only applicable if the item was sold on Flemingo Bedsheet.

Items are only eligible for return, refund, and replacement if they fulfill the following conditions:

• If the item received is different from what you had ordered.
• If the item received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
• If the item is missing parts or accessories mentioned on the product page.
• If the return request is raised within 3 Working Days from the date of delivery. Return requests after this period will be rejected.
• Any item to be returned must be in its original unused condition, with all the original accessories, price tag, manuals, parts, and original packaging box. You are responsible for any damage incurred during return transit. Ensure proper packing of the product.
• Due to lighting, camera, and screen differences, the actual color of the product may vary. Slight color variation does not qualify for return. Return is allowed only if the color received is completely different.
  For example, if the product shown was Green but you received Blue.
• No return policy for quality-related issues.

We hold the right to reject returns, refunds, or replacements depending on the return request and conditions fulfilled.

Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customers. Ensure you get an acknowledgment receipt with the number of products, signature, and contact details from the courier. Flemingo Bedsheet is not liable for lost shipments.

Use trackable shipping methods. Items not reaching our warehouse will be treated as non-returned.

EXCHANGE

We do not provide an exchange on any product once sold. However, items may be exchanged for a replacement in the same color, provided the below conditions are fulfilled.

Write to us at support@flemingohomedecor.com within 48 hours of receiving the parcel to request the exchange. Once acknowledged by our team, you must send the product back to us. We do not offer reverse pick-up.

Note: Purchases made during SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

CANCELLATION

If you believe you have ordered the wrong item, you can request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order for a 100% refund.

To cancel, email us at support@flemingohomedecor.com. Cancellations through the website are not possible.

After 24 hours, if we’ve started processing or shipping your item, your cancellation will not be accepted.

By purchasing, you agree not to dispute our policies and accept Flemingo Bedsheet’s decision regarding cancellations.
